The September Issues is a bi-annual, independently produced art, fashion, and culture journal with a focus on women and gender nonconforming people. Since our start in 2016, we have had two goals: to make fashion a feminist issue and to provide a forum for a worldwide community of artists that are underrepresented in mainstream media. The magazine is part of our mission to encourage unfettered creativity, to question societal conventions, and to investigate representation. We are dedicated to social justice and the development of creative action for political change.
