Blank Forms is a non-profit committed to assisting young and underrepresented artists working in a variety of time-based and multidisciplinary art forms such as experimental music, performance, dance, and sound art. We want to create new frameworks for preserving, nurturing, and presenting the work of historic and emerging artists to a wide range of people. Blank Forms offers curatorial assistance, residencies, commissions, and publications to artists in order to help them record, disseminate, and develop their practices.
