The artist Stefanie Klingemann has been developing MOFF since 2008. There is an editorial office in Cologne for this magazine of the Rheinland art scene. There are nine to twelve interviews with artists, as well as an interview with someone related to them such as gallery owners, curators, art scholars, collectors, or publishers. Since MOFF is not branded or has a logo, each issue is designed by a new team. The magazine is constantly changing its format, layout, and scope. Collaborating and exchanging ideas cross disciplinary boundaries are key to this project.
MOFF is available free of charge not only for professionals, but for everyone. The magazine is available at Art Cologne, in galleries, off-spaces, museums, archives, libraries, universities, and some bars and cafes in the Rhineland.
