Boat Magazine is a city magazine that shines a different kind of light on stories buried deep in the heart of cities like Sarajevo, Reykjavik, and Lima. To create each issue, the editors move their editorial team into a house in the city where they set up their studio and work with the locals to create the stories. Locals decide what stories they want to tell about their city, and editors hunt for stories usually not told. Through this inside/outside approach, perspectives keep evolving and storytelling remains raw and surprising.
