Published biannually in spring and autumn, Scoop offers an in-depth exploration of all facets of Irish food and drink, from art to agriculture. The magazine, founded by Kristin Jensen and edited by Dee Laffan, aims to be a bold, creative, and collectible journal that provides an inclusive view of Ireland’s culinary past, present, and future. Scoop encourages contributions from both new and established writers, and was launched through a successful Kickstarter campaign to fund its production and design costs. Each issue revolves around a thematic question, with the inaugural issue posing: "What is Irish food?"
