As part of their BA Fine Art degree at Goldsmiths College, Saira Harvey, Hannah Regel, Thea Smith, and Jala Wahid founded the Magazine in 2012. It was motivated by dissatisfaction with a lack of feminist political discourse within the institution, as well as the urgent need to foster community. The magazine is a journal and research collective dedicated to contemporary art and feminism. It enables artists and writers to reflect on the political within their work.
